Transformative Therapy Rooted in IFS & Deep Somatic Integration

Welcome. In my private practice, I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a clinically grounded, trauma-informed approach to healing. Based in Palo Alto, I support individuals in identifying and unburdening the protective and wounded parts of the psyche—fostering lasting emotional balance, resilience, and deeper connection to Self.

IFS is a research-supported model used to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational difficulties. The goal is to help you access your innate capacity for healing by cultivating internal clarity, calm, and self-leadership.

To deepen and accelerate the IFS process, I’ve found that integrating advanced somatic and neurophysiological methods allows for more effective and embodied change. These include Somatic Experiencing®, the Feldenkrais Method®, and relational and attachment-focused approaches like the Hakomi Method, the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), and NeuroAffective Touch®. I also draw from body-oriented osteopathic modalities such as Ortho-Bionomy® and biodynamic craniosacral techniques.

These additional body-based approaches enhance “parts” work by helping clients access and process shifts not just cognitively, but through the nervous system, emotions, and spirit—anchoring healing throughout the entire being.
